The bathtub received a fresh coat of glaze and the shower tiles were regrouted to help clean up the details for the new owners. Moving on to the exterior of the home, the team got busy with power washing the surfaces, freshly painting the front gate and railing, then washing, staining, and sealing the decks.

After adding the finishing touches to the property and listing it on the market, this home sold for $3,700,000, earning the owners a 633% return on their investment!
