The owners of this modern, light-filled home on a cul-de-sac initially consulted with Golden Gate Sotheby's International Realty agent Miranda Junowicz to renovate their home and keep it for rental income. But Miranda knew that the home’s desirable location combined with low supply in Palo Alto would enable the sellers to fetch top dollar. Project director Azary Khalfan managed the home preparation both inside and outdoors. After a fresh coat of paint throughout the home, both bathrooms’ vanities, light fixtures and finishes were replaced. The kitchen cabinets received a facelift with paint and new hardware. Lighting in the home’s common areas was updated to reflect current trends. And landscaping around the property was enhanced to include drought resistant plants and sitting areas on the flagstone patios.
