Moving on to the exterior of the home, all of the trim was freshly painted, fresh mulch and sod were laid, and the landscaping in the front yard was leveled.

After many upgrades and thoughtful attention to detail, this Upper Rockridge home sold for $2,555,000, which gave the owners a 412% return on their investment!

Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

- Main floor: remove flooring and install new baseboards and hardwood throughout, painted all rooms, painted fireplace, new door hardware
