Sotheby’s agent Liz Bird knew that this 20 year old custom-built home in North Manhattan Beach needed a little love before putting it on the market. But no one anticipated it would sell so quickly for a record price! Project director Susan Lennon managed the entire home refresh, collaborating with designer Samantha Black on the bathrooms, kitchen and lighting choices throughout the space. We delivered the home ready to list after nine weeks.
