Nestled in the heart of the iconic North Beach neighborhood, this beautiful 3 bd, 2 ba condo was due for an upgrade before being shown to prospective San Francisco buyers. Stephanie Pratt of Golden Gate Sotheby's International Realty teamed up with project director Joelle Belmonte to highlight this condo’s best features and give the owners the best chance at a high sale price!

Joelle and her team of local contractors got to work on this space and started by repainting all of the walls, ceilings, and trim and replacing all of the doors, doorknobs, and hinges throughout the condo. The fireplace was given fresh gold paint detailing and a floating mantel was installed above it to make the space feel more cozy. Over in the kitchen, the team got to work and installed a number of new appliances. They replaced the under-mount sink and faucet, added a garbage disposal, installed a new white countertop substrate, and repainted the cabinets. In addition, the team installed a new range, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher, making for a practically new kitchen! The bathrooms also underwent some major upgrades, with the team replacing the floor tiling, upgrading the vanity and shower, and installing more modern hardware throughout. These upgrades helped to lighten the bathrooms and give them a very modern feel. Moving on to the bedrooms, new flush mount ceiling lights were installed, all of the closet doors were replaced and the smoke detectors were upgraded. All of the windows throughout the home were washed, which helped to accentuate the natural light and make the space feel more open!

Once this project concluded, this San Francisco condo sold for $1,480,000, giving the owners a 329% return on their investment.

Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:
