Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All rooms: Baseboards/trim installed where missing, patched & painted walls, ceiling & trim, drywall repaired, drywall repaired in all bathrooms
• Exterior: Painted 2 car garage door, replaced Address numbers on house, replaced address number stickers on mailbox, pressure washed driveway, front & back patios, house exterior, mailbox post & box, added mulch
• Bedrooms: Installed modern style ceiling fans with lights for each bedroom, installed carpet
• Kitchen: Installed semi-flush mount light fixtures, installed new water supply, waste, drain and vent plumbing for kitchen, installed kitchen cabinets & appliances, installed cabinet hardware, installed solid stone countertops, installed white subway tile backsplash, installed drywall to wood on back of island, textured & painted, reinstalled owner faucet
• Primary Bath: Installed modern style glass vanity light shades, replaced fixed shower head, caulked perimeter of tub and vanity, replaced doorknob, repaired door
• Bathroom 2: Luxury vinyl flooring installed
• Garage: Replaced Flush Mount light
• Laundry Room: Replaced Flush Mount light
