• 1st Floor: Luxury vinyl flooring installed on 1st Floor
• 2nd Floor: Repaired subfloor & door frames on 2nd floor
• Primary Bath: Faucet installed, mirror installed
• Secondary Bath: Mirror installed
• Wet Bar: New faucet installed
