Located within a beautiful resort-style apartment complex, this 1 bd, 1 ba condo in Fremont was in need of a reset before hitting the market. Buyers were sure to be attracted to the complex's pool, spa, tennis courts, gym, and beautiful landscaping, but the condo itself needed to be brought up to speed to match its beautiful amenities. With nearly 700 sqft to work with, agent Christine Mason of Ascend Real Estate teamed up with project director Amy to maximize upgrades within the space!

To get started, Amy directed her team of local contractors to patch and paint all the walls in the home which helped to lighten up the space. Accents such as new door knobs, hinges, light switch covers, and plugs were upgraded in each room to offer a touch of modernization. New baseboards and carpeting were installed and all of the windows were washed to help illuminate the work the team was putting into the space. In the kitchen, the team installed a new quartz countertop along with a new backsplash. The wood cabinets were painted and new hardware and pulls were installed to complement the space. Over in the bathroom, a new door was installed in the shower and the tub and tile received fresh glazing. A new vanity was installed and modern hardware such as towel racks and cabinet pulls were also added to help give the space a total makeover.

Once this project wrapped up and hit the market, the condo sold for $485,000, offering the owner a 210% return on their investment!

- All rooms: all walls patched and painted, new baseboards installed, new door hinges and knobs, door and trim repair throughout, new light switches and plugs, new carpet installed, window washing

- Bathroom: fresh tile glazing and tub enamel, new vanity, new hardware, new shower door

- Kitchen: new quartz countertop and backsplash installed, new cabinet hardware
