Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All rooms: Replaced all carpeted areas, repaired Buckled hardwood floor, patched & painted walls, ceiling, doors & trims, replaced all light switches and outlets, removed all baby-proofing
• Kitchen: Retouched scuffed areas, adjusted dishwasher, straightened pendant light on right side, replaced pendant lights
• Downstairs bathrooms: Painted vanity cabinets and mirror wooden boxes
• Staircase: Stained parts of stair handrail, replaced wall mounted lights
• Exterior: Retouched the white trims, repaired front and back door locks, replaced cracked glass sheet above entrance door
• Mud room: Re-installed bullnose on step
• Primary bedroom: Replaced door latch, reinstalled thermostat cover, adjusted double door middle trim, reinstalled Nest,
• Primary closet: Removed all stickers/labels off closet drawers, replaced light fixtures
• Bedroom 2: Installed rod in closet, replaced transformer
• Bedroom 3: Installed rod in closet, reinstalled missing track light heads
• Bedroom 4: Replaced torn window screen, removed wooden shelves in closet, installed rod and closet doors
• Laundry room: Repaired dryer, removed existing washer and dryer, installed New washer and Dryer with all hookups and accessories
• Primary bathroom: Retouched cabinets edges, stained tub handles, installed two new window treatments, replaced yellow fan switch with white one, cleaned fan cover
• Bathroom 1: Glazed sink counter, glazed bathtub and tile surround, replaced vanity light & tub light, replaced hardware, provided black tub stopper, removed hook and tub shower curtain, cleaned fan cover
• Bathroom 2: Adjusted bathroom door, installed wall mount flush button, sanded edge of shower tile to remove excess plaster, replaced sink faucet, replaced vanity lights & shower light, removed floating shelf, repaired toilet leak, patched wall, installed baseboard
• Bathroom 4: Removed floating shelves, cleaned fan cover
• Wine cellar: Replaced wine cellar motor, added Refrigerant
