Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All rooms: Hardwood floor refinished, installed carpet, patched & painted walls, ceiling & trim, removed 3 doors, replaced flush mount ceiling lights, replaced all electrical outlets, switches and covers
• Exterior: Refinished and painted front door, replaced exterior light fixture
• Powder room New vinyl flooring installed, replaced vanity in Powder bathroom, installed new toilet, repaired dry rot
• Kitchen: Patched & painted kitchen cabinets
• Lower bathroom: Touched up vanity
• Bathroom: Switched out the Bathroom door with the Primary with window
• Dining room: Replaced pendant ceiling lights
• Upstairs bathroom: Waterproofed shower walls, installed fixed shower head, temp valve and volume valve and drain, installed new tile floor, installed tile walls in shower, installed prefab vanity cabinet, counter and sink, installed Toilet, installed sink faucet, installed towel bar, towel ring, robe hook & toilet paper holder, installed wood baseboards, replaced bathtub and surround, relocated plumbing to behind wall, installed glass shower door, built pony wall structure at back of tub for shelving
