Agent Shelly Flinn from The Grubb Co. and Freemodel’s Project Director Megan Silver teamed up to completely renovate this move-in ready home with brand new luxury vinyl tile flooring, fresh paint, and updated white outlets and switches. The kitchen features new appliances, freshly painted cabinets, new hardware, countertops, backsplash, undermount sink, faucet, and disposal. Both bathrooms have new prefab vanities, sinks, faucets, mirrors, and hardware, and the second bathroom also has a refinished shower pan and surround. The home also features enhanced lighting with new fixtures in the dining room, hall, and bedrooms, and a beautifully re-tiled fireplace.

Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All Rooms: Removed carpet and installed LVT, installed baseboards throughout, patched & painted walls, ceiling & trim, replaced door knobs and hinges, replaced 7 outlets / switches to be white
• Kitchen: Painted Kitchen cabinets, replaced flushmount ceiling light, replaced hardware, replaced hinges, installed undermount sink & faucet, installed disposal, installed countertops, installed backsplash, installed range, installed hood, installed refrigerator, installed dishwasher
• Bedrooms: Replaced bedroom closet doors
• Dining Room: Replaced dining room light
• Hall: Replaced wall sconce
• Bathroom 1: Replaced vanity light, replaced flushmount ceiling light, removed medicine cabinet and patched wall, installed prefab vanity cabinet, counter and sink, installed sink faucet, installed mirror, installed towel bar, towel ring, robe hook & toilet paper holder, reinstalled toilet
• Bedroom 1: Replaced closet wall sconce
• Bedroom 2: Replaced closet wall sconce
• Bathroom 2: Replaced vanity light, replaced flushmount ceiling light, removed medicine cabinet and patched wall, refinished shower pan and shower surround tiles, installed prefab vanity cabinet, counter and sink, installed sink faucet, installed mirror, installed towel bar, towel ring, robe hook & toilet paper holder, reinstalled toilet
