Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All rooms: Removed carpet, pad, nails and tack strips and baseboards from all rooms, removed bathroom flooring, entryway wood flooring, removed and installed new baseboards, Luxury vinyl flooring + bathroom transitions installed, primed and painted, patched & painted walls & ceiling, painted Fireplace box and face, painted all trim, installed new closet door handles/pulls, installed new interior bedroom/bathroom door knobs, replaced flush mount ceiling lights, converted square light to flush mount above laundry closet, replaced existing outlets, light switches with standard white, installed replacement thermostats
• Exterior: Painted patio floor, primed & painted with porch & patio anti-slip floor paint
• 2 Bathrooms: Removed Vinyl flooring, painted Bathroom Cabinets, replaced GFCI outlet & ground, added epoxy bathroom countertops
• Kitchen: Removed Vinyl flooring, painted all Kitchen Cabinets, installed new Disposal, installed undermount sink & faucet, installed disposal and air gap, installed solid wood butcher block countertops, includes cutting out for sink, etc., sealed wood butcher block countertop, installed 2 floating wood shelves, installed tile backsplash, installed range, installed wall mount range hood, installed refrigerator, installed built in dishwasher, replaced GFCI outlet & ground, repaired base of cabinet under the sink & side panel of same cabinet, ran new electrical line for new range hood
• Patio: Removed outdoor carpeting and adhesive
• Living Room/Laundry room: Removed existing can lights and install new
• Primary Bath: Replaced vanity light, replaced fan/light combo, installed tile floor, installed toilet, installed sink faucet, installed towel bar, towel ring, robe hook & toilet paper holder, shower head, epoxy painted the shower tile/surround
• Guest Bath: Replaced vanity light,replaced fan/light combo, installed tile floor, installed toilet, installed sink faucet, installed towel bar, towel ring, robe hook & toilet paper holder, shower head, curtain rod, vanity mirror, epoxy painted the shower tile/surround, installed new sink
• Laundry: Replaced existing with new GFCI outlet & ground
