Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All rooms: Removed popcorn ceiling, patched & painted walls, ceiling, trim, doors & wrought iron railing, installed closet doors, installed trim around doors, Installed new smoke/CO2 detectors, updated all electrical outlets & plates
• Kitchen: Patched, primed and painted base & wall cabinets, installed flush mount ceiling lights, replaced outlets with GFCI standard outlets, installed Fridge top cabinet, installed new top mount sink, installed cabinets, doors & hardware, installed floating shelves, installed extractor fan, installed refrigerator, installed range
• Powder Room: Installed door, replaced outlets with GFCI standard outlets, replaced vanity light, installed new extractor fan, installed prefab vanity cabinet, counter and sink, connected faucet, installed vanity mirror, installed towel bar set
• Upstairs Hall: Built a dry wall cabinet for water heater & storage
• Downstairs Hall: Trimmed out W/D inset and added shelves to cabinet to the right
• Front Door Entry: Installed new door knob & deadbolt
• Living Room: Installed new drapery & rod
• Primary Bedroom: Installed new drapery
• Bedroom 1: Installed new drapery
• Dining Room: Replaced flush mount ceiling lights
