Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All rooms: Installed new carpet in all carpeted areas, patched & painted walls, ceiling, doors & trims, replaced outlets and light switches, replaced light fixtures, removed all window treatments, replaced door knobs, replaced door stoppers, two new duct runs installed with all reconnections to system, installed Dual and CO detectors
• Kitchen: Primed and painted kitchen cabinets, replaced sink faucet, replaced light fixtures, installed plywood to level for new countertops, installed new countertops and backsplash, installed undermount sink, installed new fridge, removed microwave, installed new recirculating vent, installed oven anti-tip bracket, installed plywood under sink cabinet base, replaced disposal under sink
• Laundry room: Primed and painted laundry cabinet, shaved top of door, replaced water supply pipe valve, replaced vanity mirror, glazed vanity countertop, replaced vanity faucet
• Living room: Painted fireplace tiles and trim
• Staircase: Painted stair railing
• Exterior: Painted side railing, patched and painted new replaced wood, trimmed plants and bushes, putted fresh mulch, Removed deck and cleanup, nailed and secured fascia board, filled drainage area with concrete
• Front door: Replaced door weather stripping
• Dining area: Patched ceiling, cleaned vent cover
• Garage: Replaced door bottom weather-strip, caulked garage door frame and edges, relocated Vehicle door "electric eyes", installed a drainage pipe on the roof, installed a through wall scupper to the low spot on the carport roof, installed downspout to provide for better water drainage to ground
• Under stairs closet: Repaired mold and replace drywall
• Bathroom 1: Removed grab bar in shower, glazed tub and surround, replaced shower head, replaced toilet, install toilet paper holder, install towel bar, replaced vanity light, replaced vanity mirror, glazed vanity countertop, replaced vanity faucet, Installed vinyl sheet flooring, primed and painted all vanities
• Primary Bathroom: Removed grab bar in shower, installed toilet paper holder, installed towel bar, glazed tub and surround, replaced shower head, replaced toilet, replaced vanity light, replaced vanity mirror, glaze vanity countertop, replaced vanity faucet, primed and painted all vanities
