Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All rooms: Installed new baseboards, patched & prepped Walls, painted walls, ceiling, primed and painted doors & trims, replaced all electrical outlets and switches to white, replaced vanity lights, replaced exterior fixtures, replaced entry and hall fixtures with recessed light, added new pendant in stairwell, removed window treatments, replaced all door knobs and closet door pulls, replaced front entry wooden steps where needed, front door painted, refinished and stained existing Flooring at first floor
• Exterior: Patched and painted walls and trims, removed complete siding on backside, and right side of house, removed only damaged siding on left side of house, installed new siding, replaced and Installed new deck w/siding in master bedroom, replaced rotten studs at back of house and side
• Upstairs & staircase: Replaced all carpeted areas, stairs, hallway, and bedrooms
• Bathrooms: Removed and installed LVT flooring bathroom upstairs and master, painted 3 bathroom vanities, replaced all surface mount ceiling lights
• Kitchen: Painted kitchen cabinets, installed plywood under kitchen sink cabinet, removed towel bars on side of cabinets, installed new undermount sink, faucet & disposal, installed new quartz countertops & 4 inch backsplash, installed new cooktop, installed new vent hood, replaced refrigerator, replaced Dishwasher, installed two floating shelves on left side of sink, installed new cooktop
• Stairwell: Installed new handrail
• Garage: Replaced side garage door
• Living room: Installed new tile on face of fireplace
• Half Bath: Removed grab bar, replaced existing sink and faucet, installed vanity mirror, installed bathroom hardware, removed and installed new cabinet hardware
• Primary bathroom: Remove shower door, grab bars, old hardware, replaced vanity counter, replaced vanity mirror, installed new cabinet hardware, replaced medicine cabinet, replaced bathroom hardware, replaced shower head, installed new sink and faucet, reglazed tub, removed hook in ceiling, repaired and patched any ceiling damage
• Hallway Bathroom: Removed shower door, removed hardware and grab bar, replaced shower head, installed new counter, installed sink & faucet, installed vanity mirror, installed bathroom hardware, installed cabinet hardware, glazed Tub
