Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• Exterior: Added sod in front of the house, patched and painted where removing shutters, trellis, mailbox, address numbers, Installed Flush Mount Exterior Light, Installed Recessed Light
• All Rooms: Sanded and finished original hardwood under carpet throughout the entire home, installed new floor on entry, kitchen and laundry, painted walls, ceiling and baseboard/trims, painted interior doors & attic access door, replaced all outlets and light switches, installed new door knobs & hinges
• Primary Bedroom: Painted closet doors, installed flush mount, installed bathroom extractor fan + light
• Living Room: Painted built in shelves, installed flush mount light
• Dining Room: Installed chandelier
• Kitchen: Installed flush mount, sanded and painted cabinets, installed new sink, installed new hardware knobs + hinges, installed dishwasher, installed new stovetop, installed new extractor fan, installed new built in oven, installed faucet
• Bedrooms: Installed flush mount, installed new closet door to fit the space
• Hall Bathroom: Installed vanity lights, installed extractor fan + light, installed new shower faucet system set, installed new toilet, installed new bathroom vanity countertop and sink, installed new sink faucet and drain, installed new vanity mirror, installed new hardware, installed wall tile, created wall to enclose bathtub, installed tub.
