Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All rooms: Replaced outlets and switches, installed new smoke and CO detectors
• Exterior: Removed deck in back, built composite (Trex) deck, built railing surrounding deck, built railing up stairs, repaired and rebuilt top level and materials, built 'sun deck' on upper level
• Powder room: Replaced vanity light, installed new toilet, installed new vanity
• Half bathroom ante-room: Replaced flush mount light
• Dining room: Replaced pendant light/chandelier
• Kitchen: Replaced ceiling light with recessed lights, installed circuits for new appliances, moved countertop electrical lines, replaced exterior door, installed new cabinets & hardware, installed new countertop plywood, installed backsplash, installed sink & faucet, installed disposal, installed dishwasher, installed vent hood, installed gas range
• Laundry: Replaced flush mount light, installed shelving
• Pantry: Replaced flush mount light
• Primary Dressing area: Replaced flushmount w/ pendant, replaced all hardware on drawers & cabinets, replaced closet doors & hardware, repaired trim on doorway to bedroom
• Primary Bathroom: Replaced recessed shower light, replaced vanity lights, replaced bath fan, removed medicine cabinets and middle mirror, reglazed bathtub, installed vanity countertop and installed 2 new sinks, installed new mirror, installed new bathtub faucet, installed new shower trim & drain, installed new bath hardware (towel bars, etc)
• Hallway: Replaced track lighting with recessed lights
• Hallway Bathroom: Replaced bath fan, replaced vanity lights, did plumbing for new shower and tub, built new shower pan & surround with cement board and waterproofing, installed new double sink vanity with sinks and faucets, installed tile tub wall, installed new vanity mirrors, installed new bath hardware (towel bars), installed new toilet, installed alcove tub (two sided) and trim package, installed new level-in shower pan, trim package and glass door, installed new tile in shower area
• Primary Bedroom: Replaced closet doors & hardware, removed seated vanity in dressing area, removed fireplace grate/ screen; cleaned inside fireplace
• Basement: Repaired flooring under shower in bathroom, installed dry wall/ sheetrock ceiling, patched concrete slab cracks, repaired paneling, basement shower glass installed
