Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All rooms: Installed LVT, hauled carpet and pad, installed baseboards, patched & painted walls, doors, ceiling & trim, painted Front Door, removed wallpaper, texturized for painting, removed popcorn ceiling, textured ceiling to prepare for painting, installed new hinges in doors knobs in interior doors and Front door, back doors and garage door.
• Exterior: Cleaned up the yard, including trimmed bushes and trees, provided bark, replaced light fixtures.
• Dining Room: Replaced windows with retrofit windows, replaced chandelier.
• Front Bedrooms: Replaced windows with retrofit windows.
• Kitchen: Hauled tile, installed plywood, replaced kitchen faucet, ran new cables and switch, replaced ceiling mounted light, installed Quartz Kitchen Sink and Countertops, demolished the cabinets above the peninsula, painted the kitchen cabinets and change the knobs/pulls, replaced Refrigerator, replaced hood/cooktop, removed damaged wood and installed new plywood by the sink area, reinstalled the cabinets on the sink wall, installed retrofit kitchen windows.
• Entry/Hallway: Hauled wood flooring.
• Hall Bathroom: Replaced shower head, installed vanity faucet, replaced vanity light.
• Hallway: Replaced hall light.
• Bedrooms: Replaced ceiling mounted light.
• Primary Bed / Bath: Removed cabinet above the toilet, glazed shower pan.
• Hall Bathroom: Replaced vanity cabinet, glazed the shower/bathtub and surround, the tile behind the toilet, replaced the mirror.
• Front Door: Removed front screen, repaired area.
• Bedroom #1: Repaired ceiling.
