Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All rooms: Patched & painted walls, ceiling & trim, fixed door casing, installed Luxury vinyl flooring,
• Bedrooms: Installed new baseboard, installed smoke detectors
• Exterior: Sanded and painted front porch flooring, power washed all exterior, painted 2 windows trims and garage door trim, painted Front door, Fixed front fence and side fence, fixed both front fence gates, replaced 4 brackets in backyard pergola with new brackets, added one rain gutter downspout on left side of the house, planted 3 tall trees/ brush in front of back fence, opened up the back exterior wall, fixed damaged framing,
• Family room: Reframed the door from Family to garage and widened the step
• Primary Bed / Bath: Replaced vanity light, replaced exhaust fan, installed fixed shower head, installed vanity mirror, cleaned up grout in shower area and fix the trim, changed toilet, replaced vent cover, installed new closet door
• Hall Bathroom: Replaced vanity light, replaced exhaust fan, replaced water damaged door casing to wood, installed fixed shower head, tub filler, temp valve, installed sinks, installed vanity mirror, cleaned up grout in shower area .
• Kitchen: Installed cabinets & hardware, installed undermount sink & faucet, installed disposal and air switch, installed backsplash, installed prefab countertops, installed island countertops, installed range, installed extractor fan, installed microwave, installed refrigerator, installed dishwasher, fixed kitchen damaged subfloor, installed new smoke/ carbon detectors in kitchen & hallway
• Kid bedroom: Installed new closet door
• Bonus Room: Relocated dryer vent pipe to exterior, installed wet bar cabinets, installed wet bar countertop/backsplash
