Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

- All rooms: Removed all window covers, patched and repaired all walls and cracks, painted the entire interior, included interior doors, baseboards and Kitchen Cabinets, installed one retrofit Window and finished the trim around, repaired the damaged Hardwood Flooring in the Hallway, Back Bedroom and Living Room, around both of the heaters in the Living Room and Hallway, replaced the back gutters, fixed the flashing around the vent

- Dining/Living Room, Hall and 2 Hall Bedrooms: Replaced Baseboards, refreshed existing hardwood flooring,

- Hall Bathroom: Installed new flooring LVT, installed new baseboards, installed New Fan/Light, installed new toilet

- Kitchen: Installed New Formica Countertop and installed a new sink, faucet and Disposal, replaced the sink Plumbing Pipes.

- Exterior: Power Washed all Exterior Walls, included the front porch brick, painted the Metal Fence, removed Air Conditioner, patched the stucco from outside and drywall from the inside.

- Primary Bedroom: Installed New Lights

- Laundry: Installed new laundry exterior door including new trim, installed New Dedicated line from the Main Panel to the laundry Area.

- Plumbing: Repiped all underneath of the house and up to the water heater in the back, removed the old Galvanized Pipe and hauled away, installed new water heater stand in the back, installed the Proper Main line from the street to the house
