Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

All rooms: Installed LVP floors throughout, installed baseboards throughout, painted front door, prepped, patched & painted walls, ceiling & trim, patched and fixed holes in Sheetrock throughout, applied caulking in cracks in ceiling walls and trim, removed wall paper, applied stain and odor block primer, installed four new resets lighting, installed French door, removed decoration planks from wall, framed and closed the left side entrance to the closet, installed sliding closet door, Installed new doors hardware, installed new outlets,switches and plates throughout, installed 13 new flush mount lights, installed five new smog detectors and two carbon monoxide detectors, installed new thermostat,

Exterior: Power washed & applied one coat of primer & painted the entire house, exterior walls, eaves, window trim door jamb, fascias and gutters, Dry rot repairs done, replaced gutters and downspouts, removed all the water fixture stones, poured concrete slab matching the existing concrete, cut and removed all dead foliage weeds and Ivy, removed chicken wire fence, built redwood fence, built two steps, attached to full one side of deck to connected with garden and fixed the damage deck planks, installed new grass, installed irrigation system for plants and sod, spreaded mulch in front/side and back yard

Living Room: Installed four sconces lights

Kitchen: Installed new ring doorbell, installed new switches for recessed lighting, installed new prefab island cabinet, installed cabinets & hardware, installed new undermount sink, faucet, and air gap, installed new garbage disposal, installed new countertops, installed backsplash, installed cabinet hardware, replaced three missing glass from cabinet doors, installed new tile, installed new appliances

Primary Bathroom: Installed new interior sub panel, replaced galvanized pipes for copper pipes, installed temper valve and volume valve and new shower fixtures, installed new custom shower pan, installed new tile at shower walls, installed new shower door, installed new free stand shower tub, installed new tile at tub surround, installed new prefab double vanity, installed toilet with new wax ring, installed new temp valve and volume valve and drain and fixtures to shower tub, installed new tile floor, installed new door and new trim, installed new double sink countertop, installed two new faucets, installed new fan/light combo, installed new vanity hardware, installed two new recessed lighting, installed three new GFCI, installed tile niche, installed two vanity mirror, installed towel bar towel ring robe hook & toilet paper holder, installed baseboards

Secondary Bathroom: Installed a new bathtub pushed back towards the wall, reframed the wall between tub and toilet to do a pony wall, installed a new toilet wax ring, removed vanity and countertop and replaced with a new double prefab sink vanity and countertop, installed two new faucet, water lines and valves, installed two new sink, moved plumbing to reach the second vanity sink, installed new tile, moved shower tub plumbing to the bathroom door wall, installed two new mirrors, installed shower tub fixtures, installed vanity hardware, installed three GFCI, installed new fan/light combo, installed tile niche

Garage: Replaced garage door

Crawlspace: Replaced the furnace duct piping, Sump Pump Installed
