Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All rooms: Patched and painted all walls, doors, and trims, matched all recessed lights, replaced door handles and hinges
• Exterior: Primed and painted full exterior, removed palm tree in the back, removed cypress from front door, replaced left side fence, added edge to paths with river rock, graded paths and compacted fines, installed new planting and pots
• Kitchen: Painted kitchen cabinets, keplaced ceiling mounted light with spot light, replaced kitchen cabinet knobs, polished kitchen island stone cutting board, caulked around, sanded/refinished kitchen island butcher block, removed x3 pendant lights, capped light outlet, replaced kitchen faucet, replaced dishwasher with new Miele brand, refinished hardwood floors
• Laundry room: Painted cabinets, demolished built-in cabinets, installed LVT flooring over existing floor, smoothed out imperfection on ceiling before painting, put washer & dryer on pedestal to raise them off the floor
• Bathroom 1: Painted vanity, installed missing baseboard, removed wall mounted Tv and brackets, capped outlet, relocated recessed lights to be on both sides of chandelier, installed towel bar, towel, hook, hand towel ring, polished sink and bar countertops, replaced large mirror with a new framed large mirror, replaced vanity handles and missing water handle button, replaced ceiling fan
• Bathroom 2: Painted vanity, replaced vanity handles, replaced mirror with oval one, replaced shower head and fixture tops that were missing, repaired plumbing, installed new faucet
• Bathroom 3: Painted vanity, replaced large mirror with a new framed large mirror, installed toilet paper holder
• Front: Installed new doorbell, repaired front door bottom Weather Stripping, replaced front door lock set, applied driveway sealer, repaired front entrance gate
• Foyer & living room: Cleaned grout, honed, polished, sealed floors, replaced two wall sconces
• Dining hallway: Replaced ceiling mounted light with spot light, installed bell chime cover, removed sun tunnel opening and patched ceiling, removed ceiling mount lights, installed new recessed lights
• Dining room: Installed new light fixture, removed swing door
• Pantry: Replaced cabinet knobs
• Electrical storage: Installed vents to allow for ventilation, installed sliding door bottom guides
• Office: Replaced chandelier, removed wooden side panels and shelves, completed lower panels to match existing, finished corners and edges with same trim design, installed missing window crank handle, replaced green tiles on fireplace, refinished hardwood floors
• Family room: Replaced knobs on green media unit cabinet, replaced rusted fireplace glass cover, removed media room push door, installed new push door for media room, replaced tiles and replaced mantel
• Half bath: Installed vanity, mirror, and two lights, installed new fan, installed two recessed lights
• Primary Bedroom: Removed window panel shutters, replaced tiles and replaced mantel
• Attic: Replaced the silver light with a small sconce, cleaned existing ceiling mounted lights, replaced carpet in attic space and stairs
• Hallway laundry: Installed shelving system on each side of machines
• Bedroom 2: Installed missing window crank handle
• Bedroom 3: Demolished built-in cabinets, installed baseboard in missing area, replaced closet sliding doors round pulls, refinished hardwood floors
• Gym: Removed cooler units, capped pipe outlet
• Pool: Repaired pool machinery to operate
