Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All rooms:: Demolished all baseboard, entry tile, parquet floor and engineered wood, supply and installed new prime square baseboard throughout home, caulked and nails added, supplied and installed new floor on entry, hallway, primary bedroom, closet, dining room, part of kitchen and living room with fireplace, patched and painted walls, baseboard, ceiling and trim, patched and painted all doors interior and exterior, HVAC repaired the rodent holes and cleaned up droppings, replaced all light wall plates and outlets, fungus damages repaired throughout the house
• Living and Kitchen: Sanded and refinished original hardwood in living room and kitchen, applied 3 coats of protection, repaired damaged floor area in dining and living room.
• Bedrooms: One bedroom updated with carpeting to match the other bedrooms, replaced laminate with carpet.
• Exterior: Added natural brown mulch to areas to delineate space between the planting areas, power washing the exterior walls
• Pool: Drained & Cleaned Pool, cleaned Pool Filters and added start up chemicals
• Kitchen: Kitchen cabinets sanded and painted box and face of the cabinets, installed extractor fan, recreated toe kick baseboards, .
• Primary bathroom: Painted the vanity in the primary bathroom - box and cabinets.
• Garage: Painted and patched interior of the garage, fixed Electrical Panel
• Powder Room and Bedroom: Closet installed, mirror installed
• Dining Room: Replaced hardwood floor damaged
