Freemodel’s Project Director William Purcell joined Brava Real Estate’s Sherri Howe and Johanna Danielle Bernabe to manage the modernization of this home while preserving its unique charm. The primary bedroom received closet doors on sliding hardware. The half bathroom has a new silicone bead around plumbing fixtures, while the full bathroom includes new accessories, an exhaust fan cover, a vanity light fixture, and silicone bead around plumbing fixtures and the window. The hallway and Bedroom 1 each had pendant light fixtures installed, with the hallway also featuring a sconce light fixture, enhancing the home's modern aesthetic.
