Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All rooms: Installed 13 new angle ball valves with new cover plate for all the faucets, patched & painted walls, ceiling, doors & trim, replaced outlet covers, installed new hinges on the interior doors and kitchen cabinets, updated non-grounded receptacle outlets in the whole house, replaced kitchen and bathroom outlets with GFCI
• Exterior: Planted 4 new plants and annuals close to the front door, planted plants in the backyard, removed cherry tree, added bark in both lawn areas and planting areas, patched stucco and painted walls, trim, bricks and doors, painted front doors, replaced front door light, replaced 2 lights in the backyard, installed front door lock, powerwashed all concrete areas, including front driveway, back patio and front walkway, repaired the roof tiles, finished cleaning the gutters, sealed the exposed rebar on the foundation in the sub-area, repaired deteriorated wood in the rafter tails
• All Bathrooms: Installed four matte bathroom sink faucet, installed two matte black bathroom shower valves with cover plates, installed new LVT
• Living Room: Installed new carpet, painted metal on the fireplace
• Primary Bedroom: Installed new carpet, replaced fans
• Bedroom 1: Installed new carpet, replaced fans
• Kitchen: Removed light above the sink, patched the wall, put recessed lights in the existing plugs in the tray ceiling, replaced lights over the peninsula with pendants, made a flush countertop, repaired the cabinets on the bar area, whitewashed the existing wood countertop and connected to the rest of the countertop, painted kitchen cabinets and cabinets in the bar area and change knobs/pulls, installed new black matte kitchen sink faucet, installed new black matte cold water dispenser.
• Dining Room: Replaced chandelier
• Family Room: Replaced fan.
• Hall Bathroom: Replaced vanity lights, replaced toilet, glazed bathtub/shower, installed new vanity mirrors, toilet paper holders and towel hooks, painted vanity, installed new Baseboards
• Primary Bathroom: Replaced vanity light, installed new shower door, installed new vanity mirrors, toilet paper holders and towel hooks, glazed shower, painted vanity and makeup area cabinets, glazed countertops in vanity and makeup area, installed new baseboards
• Hallway: Installed ceiling mounted lights
