Set amidst the vibrant backdrop of Redwood City, this tastefully renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom residence stands as a testament to a seamless blend of contemporary functionality and classic charm. Amy Earley and Lynise Smith of Sereno, along with the astute guidance of project director Azary Khlafan, orchestrated a comprehensive five-week transformation. All hardwood floors were refinished and stained, a fresh coat of paint was added to every room, and updated switches and outlets were installed throughout the home. The living room received a newly installed mantel and modern light fixture to enhance its ambiance. The primary bedroom featured a replaced door, complementing a seamlessly patched, sanded, and painted sliding door frame. Both bathrooms underwent extensive upgrades with glazed fixtures, LVT flooring, modernized faucets, and vibrant vanity mirrors to name a few. The hallway was updated with new cabinet pulls, a vent filter, and a contemporary ceiling light, while the exterior received a refreshing facelift with a replaced front door, a new doorbell, and the addition of stylish house numbers. The laundry room was revamped with updated cabinet pulls and modern lighting. The heart of the home, the kitchen, now flaunts painted cabinets, modern hardware, gleaming countertops, and state-of-the-art appliances. The home sold for $1,348,000 earning the sellers a $177,815 profit and an ROI of 253%.
