Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All rooms: Removed all baby-proofing, Repaired damaged drywall, patched and painted
• Living Room: Capped hole in wall near air handler, capped Cable outlet next to front porch door, fixed malfunctioning blinds near air handler unit, replaced missing screens
• Kitchen: Patched under oven to cover hole, patched Hole inside cabinet above microwave, patched Cabinet face underneath sink,
• Primary bedroom: Capped hole in master bedroom behind brown horse picture, capped 120V power outlet, removed washer and dryer, replaced closet doors, installed rod in place of washer and dryer, replaced two bulbs on wall mount light fixtures, painted wall
• Primary bathroom: Protected new floors and surrounding, installed prefab niches, installed waterproofing all around, repaired drywall damage, painted wall after repair, installed new tiles, installed fixed shower head, temp valve, volume valve, and drain, installed shower door, installed tile metal trim, replaced vanity light fixture, repaired vanity drawer, installed new LVT flooring, stained sauna door
• Back bedroom: Added hooks on two ends to keep blinds up
• Guest bathroom: Replaced shower handle, painted crack lines in tile, replaced light fixture,
• Downstairs Office: Removed wood support from wall, patched and painted
• Closet (under stairs): Installed closet door lever
• Front: Installed new electric door handle, patched missing spot under first step
