Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All rooms: Installed LVP flooring and baseboards throughout, removed popcorn ceiling, patched & painted walls, ceiling & trim, painted kitchen and bathroom cabinets, installed all new door knobs and hinges, added new junction box for decorative center light to each of the 3 bedrooms, installed plywood to level floors out, installed address Numbers
• Exterior: Patched stucco and painted walls and trim, removed railings off back door, made new back door step, added bark to areas without stone, replaced front sconce
• Kitchen: Replaced flush mount ceiling light, installed hardware
• Primary Bed / Bath: Replaced vanity light, installed sink faucet, installed cabinet hardware, installed towel bar, towel ring, robe hook & toilet paper holder
• Dining Room: Replaced chandelier
• Guest Bathroom: Replaced vanity light
• Family Room: Replaced fan light
• Hallway: Installed hallway Lights
• Living Room: Installed outlets/ switches
• Hall bathroom: Installed toilet, installed towel bar, towel ring, robe hook & toilet paper holder, installed new sink faucet, installed vanity mirror, installed cabinet hardware
