Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All rooms: Patched & painted walls, ceiling, doors & trim, Installed new knobs on closets in all bedrooms and upstairs hallway, replaced all switches and plugs, replaced Co/Smoke detectors in hallway and bedrooms
• Exterior: Removed peeling paint, touched up walls and trim
• Primary bed: Repaired water leak below window
• Living room: Removed paneling in living room above fireplace, replaced handrail on stairway
• Kitchen: Installed four can lights with a new dimmer, Installed three new plugs in new kitchen cabinet area, installed cabinets & hardware, installed tile on the floor, installed undermount sink & faucet, installed new row of cabinets, hardware and countertop, installed disposal and air switch, installed countertops, installed backsplash, installed range, installed extractor fan, installed microwave, installed refrigerator (including water hook-up), installed dishwasher, 5 new circuits installed based on the new kitchen layout, Plug outlets relocated
• Upstairs Bedrooms: Replaced ceiling lights
• Upstairs Bathroom: Replaced vanity light, replaced recessed fan, repaired drywall around shower, installed bathtub, installed sliding door for tub, installed fixed shower head, tub filler, temp valve and volume valve, installed tile floor, installed tile walls in tub, installed toilet, installed prefab vanity cabinet, counter and sink, installed sink faucet, installed vanity mirror, installed towel bar, towel ring & toilet paper holder, installed wood baseboards, removed all old wiring/knob and tube wiring, ran a new dedicated circuit
• Downstairs Bathroom: Replaced vanity lights, replaced recessed fan, framed shower, installed prefab niche, installed shower door, installed fixed shower head, temp valve and volume valve and drain, installed tile floor, installed tile floor in shower, installed tile walls in shower, installed tile niche, installed toilet, installed prefab double vanity cabinet, counter and sink, installed sink faucet, installed vanity mirror, installed towel bar, towel ring & toilet paper holder, installed wood baseboards, installed new window, removed all old wiring/knob and tube wiring, ran a new dedicated circuit
• Garage: Installed New exterior door
• Backyard: Repaired both decks off bonus room including stairs, replaced roof sheeting, stained/painted both decks off the back of the house, demolished pergola and removed debris, built new fence in damaged area.
