Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All house: Installed sensors, installed surveillance cameras, skim coated over textured drywall, protected ceiling and foyer wooden walls from dust, covered paneled wall behind bar in drywall, roof replaced in whole house and garage, wall repaired from electrical holes, installed luxury vinyl flooring, floor leveled,
• installed baseboard, primed and paint walls, replaced electric heaters, installed coordinating thermostat, installed LED retrofit trims, replaced light switches with rocker style switch and screwless wall plate, replaced outlets with Decora style outlet, replaced GFCI Outlets with Decora style GFCI outlets, skylight new saddle installed, chimney metal flashing replaced & new saddle installed,
• Garage: Installed padlock and latch on garage door exterior, installed Chamberlain Belt, installed Emergency Key release, installed electrical cover plates, leveled lights, installed address numbers, installed mailbox and post, removed extra layer of garage roofing material, ran electrical line from nearby line to light electrical box, installed light, installed electrical box and installed light
• Exterior: Replaced the copper water line from the water meter to the side of the garage, installed new hose bib and a new shut-off valve, replaced deck ledger, painted full exterior house, filled holes, caulked exterior of windows and doors, painted aluminum windows, ran grounding wire, replaced box, replaced breakers to code with simplest strategy, replaced exterior lights, replaced rails on 2 decks and garage deck, power washed and coated with semi-transparent coating, trimmed overgrown plants, removed moss from sidewalk cracks, installed ring doorbell, installed new front door and surround trim on exterior, leveled door, installed new front door threshold, cut beams, replaced rotted post and 3 ledger boards on lower front deck, installed solar lights on front stairs, removed and capped leaking pipe from rear spigot, sealed driveway with two coats
• Living Room: Removed tile backer boards above fireplace, installed drywall, hung floating mantle, installed tile in area immediately surrounding the fireplace, hung chandelier, installed track lighting
• Foyer: Installed low-pile carpet with padding, hung chandelier
• Bathrooms: Installed prehung doors, installed door knobs, same-size hinges and door stops
• Bedrooms: Installed trim, installed closet panel curtains, installed prehung doors, installed door knobs, same-size hinges and door stops, installed battery-operated smoke detectors
• Primary Bath: Closed up doorway, framed new doorway, replaced vanity light, installed sinks, replaced shower arm and head, replaced extraction fan with same size fan, installed toilet, installed sink faucet, installed new medicine cabinet, installed water valves, run wire from nearby outlet and installed LED vanity mirror, installed towel bar, towel ring, robe hook, shower curtain bar & toilet paper holder, installed new caulk in all caulkable areas, moved light switches over and capped old electrical box
• Front Hall Closet: Made opening and installed bifold doors
• Rear Hall Closet: Installed bifold doors
• Primary Bedroom: Installed closet panel curtains
• Kitchen: Split wiring for light into lines, hung chandelier, hung pendant light, installed and leveled cabinets, installed floating shelves, created opening and sealed up roof for exhaust fan, installed new exhaust fan, installed new exhaust trim around exit hole to match ceiling, installed backsplash on cooktop wall, installed undermount sink with two drains & faucet, installed water valves, installed disposal and air switch, installed countertops, installed island countertop with waterfall edge on both sides, installed induction cooktop, installed microwave/oven combo, installed refrigerator, ran line from nearest water source for fridge water dispenser, installed dishwasher, ran new line to electric microwave/oven combo, ran line new line to refrigerator, ran new line to induction cooktop, ran new line for countertop outlets, canceled current line to electric stove, canceled plumbing to island sink
• Dining Room: Hung chandelier
• Kids Bathroom: Replaced vanity light, installed sink, installed water valves, replaced shower arm, shower head, tub spout, replaced extraction fan with same size fan, installed toilet, new supply line and water valve, painted vanity, installed sink faucet, installed vanity mirror, installed towel bar, towel ring, robe hook, shower curtain bar & toilet paper holder, installed new trim where shower surround tile ends on wall, installed new caulk
• Powder Room: Replaced vanity light, moved water supply pipe down, installed sink/vanity and water valves, replaced extraction fan with same size fan, installed toilet, installed water valve and water supply line, installed sink faucet, installed vanity mirror, installed towel ring, installed wallpaper on 1 wall
• Laundry room: Fixed electrical connection to water heater, installed light
