• All rooms: Installed new door knobs, installed locksets for entry doors, replaced all electrical switches & outlets, installed smoke & carbon monoxide detectors
• Exterior: Installed front door & courtyard door, replaced exterior light fixtures, installed trim to sill of courtyard wall
• Bedroom 2: Installed flat panel door
• Hallway: Installed attic door
• Kitchen: Replaced light fixture, installed wiring and pendant lights, replaced light fixture, installed cooktop, installed extractor fan, installed wall oven, installed refrigerator, installed dishwasher, removed overhand cabinets, repaired drywall, repaired cabinets, installed faucet, repaired drywall damage on wall, reglazed tile countertop, backsplash, & sink, installed plumbing for water line from the sink to the refrigerator
• Dining Room: Replaced light fixture
• Primary Bedroom: Replaced light fixture, installed wiring for new light fixtures
• Hallway: Relocated wiring and installed light fixture
• Half Bathroom: Installed vanity light fixture, installed GFCI outlets, installed prefab vanity cabinet, counter and sink, installed sink faucet, installed toilet, installed vanity mirror, installed towel bar, towel ring, & toilet paper holder
• Hall Bathroom: Installed vanity light fixture, installed GFCI outlets, installed prefab vanity cabinet, counter and sink, installed sink faucet, installed vanity mirror, installed toilet, installed towel bar, towel ring, robe hook & toilet paper holder, removed medicine cabinet and repair wall, reglazed tile walls & tub
• Primary Bathroom: Installed GFCI outlets, installed prefab vanity cabinets & custom countertop, installed sink faucet, installed vanity mirror, installed toilet, installed towel bar, towel ring, robe hook & toilet paper holder, removed light soffit, repaired drywall, removed door, reglazed tile walls & shower
