• All rooms: Patched walls, ceiling & trim, adjusted interior doors to close smoothly
• Exterior: Painted walls and trim, painted garage interior, repaired cracked stairs & entrance pad, alongside house, cleaned Gutters, Installed flower box with lattice, created gravel path with edge strips, adjusted fence door for smooth closure, added Mulch on front, side, and back yards, added plants in open areas
• Kitchen: Hardwood flooring installed, replaced pendant ceiling lights, wall sconce, installed undermount sink & faucet, installed disposal, installed backsplash, installed dishwasher
• Laundry room: Hardwood flooring installed, reconfigured water heater closet (added shelves)
• Kid's room: Repaired crack in ceiling
• Main Bathroom: Replace pendant vanity light, removed ceiling heater, installed toilet, Installed prefab vanity cabinet, counter and sink, installed sink faucet, Installed vanity mirror, Installed floating shelves, Installed towel bar, towel ring, robe hook & toilet paper holder
• Dining Room: Adjusted built-ins to open & close smoothly
• Driveway: Replaced broken wall section
• Garage: Installed french doors on yard side with interior step
• Living Room: Replaced sconces, installed Ring doorbell
