Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All rooms: Hardwood floor refinished, installed new LVT, patched & painted walls, ceiling & trim, replace all interior doors, knobs and locks, replaced entry door, replaced flush mount ceiling lights, replaced all light switches and power outlets
• Exterior: Patched stucco and painted walls and trim, replaced broken siding & window trim pieces, repaired the rear deck and stair rail cap, replaced basement access door, installed mulch around the perimeter of cement area in backyard, installed tile floors on the exterior entryway,
• Entry: Replaced stairs same LVT as studio
• Studio Room: Replaced stairs same LVT as studio, installed recessed lighting to bedroom space of studio
• Kitchen: Painted all kitchen cabinets, replaced pendant lights, replaced ceiling fan light, installed new cabinet hardware, replaced kitchen backsplash, replaced stove, replaced microwave, replaced dishwasher, replaced refrigerator, replaced missing cabinet doors
• Studio kitchen: Installed new cabinet hardware, replaced missing cabinet doors
• Dining Room: Replaced chandelier
• Primary Bathroom: Replaced vanity light
• 1st Floor Bathroom: Replaced vanity light
• Primary Bedroom: Installed 2 recessed lights
• Bedroom 2 & 3: Installed ceiling lighting source in both additions bedrooms
• Living Room: Painted Fireplace, installed Nest thermostat, installed Ring doorbell
• Hallway bath: Reglazed tub surround tile, replaced tub, replaced double vanity with double prefab vanity, installed frameless sliding shower door, installed fixed shower head, temp valve and volume valve and drain, installed sink faucet, installed vanity mirror, installed towel bar, towel ring, robe hook & toilet paper holder, installed baseboards, installed bathtub wall tiles in upstairs bathroom, installed waterproofing and hardiebacker, installed new tiles and grout
• 1st Floor Bathroom: Re-tiled shower, replaced Shower with Tub, installed fixed frameless tub door, installed fixed shower head, temp valve and volume valve, replaced extraction fan, installed toilet, installed prefab vanity cabinet, counter and sink, installed sink faucet, installed vanity mirror, installed towel bar, towel ring, robe hook & toilet paper holder, installed wood baseboards, dry rot repair behind shower stall
• 2nd Floor: Replaced upstairs laminate flooring with new lvt flooring
