Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All rooms: Patched & painted walls, doors, ceilings & trims, installed missing outlet covers, installed new SPC click flooring & baseboard all downstairs
• Back Office: Painted 3 walls, painted office floor, repaired dry rot on door frame lower parts, patched and painted, removed parts of drywall, detected water passage, fixed and sealed, installed insulation inside walls, installed drywall, patched and sanded, repaired door frame that has dry rot
• Exterior: Power washed and painted back exterior, replaced pipes and roof jack, repaired cracks and painted walls and trims, repaired, prime and painted the left side of house, repaired siding, repaired under stairs cracks
• Garage: Painted Garage floor, replaced drywall that had water damage
• Kitchen: Repaired leak in kitchen sink, replaced kitchen faucet, replaced dimmer switch, repaired flickering lights, replaced cracked backsplash tile, installed drywall, primed & painted
• Hallway bathroom: Replaced door, installed large wall mirror, with two lighting outlet holes, installed drywall around shower, installed waterproofing, installed frameless sliding shower door, installed fixed shower head and drain, installed tile floor, installed tile floor and tile walls in shower, installed tile niche, installed sink faucet, installed vanity mirror, installed bathroom hardware, installed wood baseboards, installed custom shower door
• Hallway laundry: Installed Bi-fold doors
• Primary Closet: Installed Bi-folds for closet
• Downstairs Guest closet: Installed closet system
• Primary Bathroom: Removed tub glass panel, glazed bathtub, caulked around tub, removed rack above toilet, removed two side cabinets, installed double sink vanity, connected plumbing for undermount sinks, installed faucets, installed large mirror, relocated towel ring
• Downstairs Guest Bathroom: Installed door frame and new door, installed drywall around shower, installed drywall, installed waterproofing, installed tile floor, installed tile floor in shower, installed tile walls in shower, installed tile niche, installed counter and sink, installed sink faucet, installed vanity mirror, installed bathroom hardware, installed wood baseboards, installed custom shower door
• Downstairs Bathroom: Installed drywall, installed fan, installed prefab vanity cabinet, counter and sink, installed sink faucet, installed vanity mirror, installed wood baseboards
• Staircase: Painted walls, replaced dimmer switch
• Entrance foyer: Replaced switch, wallpaper installed
• Hallway half bath: Wallpaper installed
