Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All rooms: Sheetrock patched throughout, installed new register grilles, recoated existing hardwood floors, replaced carpet and underlayment, painted walls, ceiling, front windows, trim, doors, jamb & casing, and garage, installed smoke/C02 detectors, replaced all switch and outlet devices and cover plates,
• Upstairs Bath:Installed new handles on bathroom cabinet,
• Bedrooms: Installed new handles on closet doors,
• Master Bedroom: Reinstalled master bedroom shelving ,
• Laundry: Installed wood door threshold, installed weatherstripping around laundry door, reglazed laundry sink, installed vinyl flooring, installed 4 new recessed light fixtures and new motion sensor switch, installed flat stock baseboard
• Bedroom 1: Sanded and clear coated existing hardwood floor
• Garage: Applied garage floor paint, installed Navien tankless water heater, capped old exterior light cable in new electrical box, repaired light fixture
• Kitchen: Painted kitchen cabinets,
• Stairwell: Relocated junction box at stair and installed new fixture
• Office: Installed new can lights, installed additional recessed lights
• Wine Cellar: Applied cover stain, primed and painted N & W walls, primed and painted ceiling, ceiling beam and doors, installed light fixture
• Entry: Installed exterior ceiling light fixture
