Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All rooms: Installed new Dreamweaver carpet, patched & painted walls, ceiling & trim, installed new Decora switches, installed new Decora duplex outlets, installed client provided door handles, removed all window treatments, installed brass knobs, painted kitchen window casing, installed 4 smoke detectors, 1 smoke/ carbon monoxide
• Exterior: Painted Pergola, replaced and painted damaged fascia on exterior of house
• Backyard: Painted shed, added mulch in backyard and side of house
• Kitchen and Dining: Installed new LVP flooring, installed new GFCI outlets, removed existing kitchen box lighting, replaced with integrated LED can lights, installed new custom quartz counters, installed new 166 s/s single bowl sink, installed new brushed s/s kitchen faucet, installed new garbage disposal, installed new dishwasher air gap, installed new under sink plumbing, installed and connected new water line to refrigerator, installed client provided cabinet hardware, removed existing kitchen countertop, removed existing kitchen linoleum squares
• Hallway Bath: Installed new tile, installed new GFCI outlets, removed soffit above main bathroom sink, repaired drywall, installed client provided main bath vanity including faucet, re-applied epoxy existing tub, removed bathroom vanity and mirror, installed new toilet paper holders in bathrooms, installed client provided shower head
• Master Bath: Installed new tile, installed new GFCI outlets, relocated master bathroom overhead soffit lights to 2 new wall mount location, installed new master bath fan light combo, removed soffit above master bath sink, repaired drywall, installed new baseboards/base shoe in main bathroom, installed client provided master bath vanity including faucets, re-applied epoxy existing tub, removed bathroom vanity and mirror, replaced drywall, installed new insulation, installed new toilet water shutoff valves in both bathrooms, installed new toilet paper holders in bathrooms, installed client provided shower head, installed new Kohler toilet master bath
• Master Bedroom: Installed new ceiling fan master bedroom, installed new 3 section closet slider, installed new baseboards/base shoe, installed custom laminate under closet sliders to repair existing damage underneath
• Secondary Bedroom: Installed new ceiling light rear bedroom
• Secondary Bath: Relocated main bathroom overhead soffit lights to 1 new wall mount location, installed new main bath fan light combo, installed new toilet paper holders in bathrooms, installed client provided shower head
• Laundry: Installed new floodlight bulb in laundry room, installed new tile, installed new baseboards/base shoe
• Entry: Installed new entry chandelier
• Fireplace: Removed mirror above fireplace
• Living Area: Removed LR wooden shelves, removed existing carpet and pad
