Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All rooms: Luxury vinyl flooring installed, installed New baseboard with material, removed popcorn ceiling, repaired damaged ceiling, painted, patched & painted walls, ceiling & trim, relocated existing furnace to attic with new system, installed new interior door with trim, installed new Front door with sidelight, added interior door knobs & hinges, installed new recessed lights in great room, hallway and all bedrooms, replaced all outlets and light switches, installed a water pressure regulator, fixed sub panel loose and unsecured wiring and installed snap-in plug, installed smoke alarms in all bedrooms and hallways
• Exterior: Patched and painted walls and trim, replaced ceiling mount light fixture in front porch, removed metal support, replaced with weather wood posts, installed new light outside master bedroom sliding door, installed wood beam under front window, repaired and re-sealed chimney brace, installed roof mast drip loop, installed House number
• Kitchen: Removed center wall, installed cabinets & hardware, installed undermount sink & faucet, installed disposal and air switch, installed 2 piece countertop slab, installed backsplash, installed range, installed hood, install refrigerator, installed dishwasher
• Garage: Painted existing drywall on washer and dryer area, replaced wall light nearby garage door, replaced dryer vent, patched and repaired drywall, added an outlet for garage door opener, replaced damaged door jambs, concealed all the exposed electrical wiring and junction boxes, installed drain to route water to the exterior, replaced washer water line
• Primary Bed / Bath: Replaced vanity light, installed new recessed shower light, installed recessed light, removed ceiling panel, framed curbless shower, installed prefab niche, installed frameless sliding shower door, installed fixed shower head, temp valve and volume valve and drain, installed tile floor, installed tile floor in shower, installed tile walls in shower, installed tile niche, installed extraction fan, installed toilet, installed prefab vanity cabinet, counter and sink, installed sink faucet, installed vanity mirror, installed towel bar, towel ring, robe hook & toilet paper holder
• Hall Bathroom: Added new vanity light, replaced recessed shower light, closed hallway closet, opened door from hall bath, replaced with a pocket door, repaired drywall around shower, installed bathtub, installed prefab niche, installed sliding door for tub, installed fixed shower head, tub filler, temp valve and volume valve, installed tile floor, installed tile walls in tub, installed tile niche, installed extraction fan, installed toilet, installed prefab vanity cabinet, counter and sink, installed sink faucet, installed vanity mirror, installed towel bar, towel ring, robe hook & toilet paper holder
• Living room: Installed thermostat, installed doorbell, installed wood mantel and wood shelves
• Crawlspace: Rescreened and sealed all vents and access openings, removed extension cord, added insulation in attic
