Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All rooms: Sanded and finished original hardwood under carpet through living room hallway and bedroom, installed matching new baseboard in hallway and kitchen, supplied and installed new floor for Hallway, Backroom and Kitchen, patched & painted walls, ceiling & trim, Installed new closet door and door knob, removed the security doors front and back of the house, repaired the wood framing on the backdoor, replaced deadbolts and door handles
• Bathrooms: Installed new LVP flooring in 2 bathrooms, toilet removed and reset with new ring, sanded and painted all the cabinet faces and box
• Kitchen: Sanded and painted all the cabinet faces and box, replaced flush mount ceiling lights, installed hardware on cabinets in the kitchen, replaced 2 light switches, removed caulking around kitchen sink and applied new clear caulk, replaced electrical receptacle and plated with new GFCI plug
• Exterior: Painted the backyard deck, painted the concrete leading to the house, painted the railing in front of the house, removed the satellite in the back of the house, removed the railing over window in the back of the house and removed the awning, replaced Wall Sconce, installed new address number and mailbox
• Bedroom: Installed the closet door in the front bedroom, replaced flush mount ceiling light, installed Closet Knobs
• Primary Bathroom: Replaced flush mount ceiling light, repaired the water damage of wood over the bathtub, installed vanity cabinet, counter and sink, installed Sink faucet, installed Vanity mirror, installed Robe Hook, installed Towel bar, installed Towel ring, installed Toilet paper holder
• Hall Bathroom: Replaced vanity light, replaced hardware pulls for vanity, installed towel bar, towel ring, robe hook & toilet paper holder, repaired the line of caulk near the bathtub
• Primary Bedroom: Replaced flush mount ceiling light
• Dining Room: Replaced chandelier, removed all cabinets on the dining room wall
• Hallway: Replaced flush mount ceiling light
• Den: Repaired the electrical work in the built in near laundry room in den, installed carpet from stairs all the way throughout the floor, installed new baseboards, Put decorative edging around crawl space access panel, installed and painted wood finishing on wall next to the stairs
• Laundry Room: Installed New Vinyl Installed and baseboards
