Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All rooms: Interior: Patch & paint walls, ceiling & trim, power washed and refinished decks & handrails, installed new doors, framed doorway at stairs/ removed arched door, Parking deck railing- rebuilt, installed new smokes & carbon detectors, installed 15 outlets and switches, installed 25 new face plates
• Exterior: Power Washed and restained
• Kitchen: Installed hardware, installed undermount sink & faucet, installed countertops & backsplash, painted kitchen cabinets, removed storage cabinet, repaired drywall, installed hardware, installed undermount sink & faucet, installed countertops & backsplash, replaced hanging pendant, repaired drywall in kitchen, Adjusted outlets to accommodate backsplash, Repaired stove cabinet, removed alarm panel, painted and patched, installed baseboard, installed new light above kitchen sink
• Entry: Opened stairway and replaced pony wall with open posts
• Living Room: Removed bookshelf from below left window, installed closet doors, replaced ceiling fan with pendant light, replaced missing baseboard, installed new sconces
• DS Storage & closet: Replaced door, installed new closet door, replaced flush mount light
• DS bedrooms: Installed new french door, removed kitchen unit and replaced with closet, removed closet, Drywall joining wall, replaced flush mount lights
• Stairs: Replaced electrical junction box
• Entry way: Replaced flush mount ceiling light, installed new trim at front door
• Primary Bed / Bath: Replaced flush mount light
• DS bathroom: Replaced vanity light, installed new bathtub, installed fixed shower head, tub filler, temp valve and volume valve, installed tile walls in tub, installed tile niche, installed tile flooring/ versus vinyl
• Bathrooms: Installed (2) new wax rings, rebuilt door frame to bathroom
• Shed: Installed baseboard
• Stairway: Patched open area under stairs with sheetrock/ mud/ sand
