Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All rooms: Patch & paint walls, ceiling, doors & trims, painted ceramic window sills, refinished hardwood floors, applied natural 3 coats of matte finish, done walls and floors mold remediation, replaced any flooring and subfloor affected by water damage, took down all shutters, removed all window treatments
• Exterior: Patched and painted walls and trims, painted fireplace brick, painted white fence and built new fence, replaced light fixture by front door, replaced light fixture with flush mount light, replaced damaged gutters, removed old alarm system box, replaced light above garage door, replaced wooden small gate, removed damaged gate, demolished back shed, shelves & table, and extended top, removed all dead wires, replaced gate facing Guida street
• Office: Removed carpet, retouched subfloor, installed closet doors, replaced missing knob on door, relocated the light switch
• Living room: Removed dead outlet, patched wall, replaced track light heads, spot treated floors that had sun damage
• Primary bathroom: Replaced recessed lights with contemporary ones, demolished shower tiles, repaired drywall, installed prefab niche, installed waterproofing, installed fixed shower head, tub filler, temp valve, volume valve, and drain, installed tile floor, installed tile in shower walls and shower base, installed tile in niche, installed extraction fan, installed new toilet, installed prefab vanity cabinet, counter and sink, installed sink faucet, installed vanity mirror, installed bathroom hardware, installed wood baseboards, built new wall between shower and closet, removed closet shelves, installed new drywall, patched and painted inside the closet, reinstalled closet shelves, fixed the illegal S trap found under primary bathroom
• Kitchen: Replaced recessed lights with contemporary ones, replaced damaged white band on bay window seating
• Bedroom 1: Demolished built-in, completed missing trim, removed track light, replaced with ceiling mount light fixture, installed sliding closet doors
• Bedroom 2: Removed track light, replaced with ceiling mount light fixture
• Dining room: Replaced chandelier
• J&J Bathroom: Replaced shower valve and shower head, removed door frame, patched walls, removed grab bars, glazed shower enclosure, replaced vanity base doors & hinges, installed vanity door pulls, replaced countertop, backsplash, and undermount sink, replaced mirror only, kept frame, replaced mirror knob, replaced toilet, replaced hardware, caulked around edges
• Half Bath: Textured wall, replaced vanity & faucet, replaced mirror, replaced lighting, replaced bathroom hardware
• New Bedroom: Installed hardwood floors, stained and refinished to match the rest of the house
