Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All rooms: Polished marble floors, replaced carpet with transition molding, repainted baseboards, caulked cracks in baseboard, prepped and painted walls, ceiling and floor throughout the house,
• Exterior: Installed wall mounted light fixtures by the garage, installed wireless doorbell at entry, removed tiki hut materials, cleaned grill and removed any rust areas, installed outdoor refrigerator, removed outdoor speakers, patched hole and touched up paint, replaced missing gate with self closer at rear fence by lak
• Garage: Replaced door from laundry room to garage with fire rated custom size door with new casing
• Office: Installed recessed LED ceiling lights
• Kitchen: Replaced damaged bottom wood base under sink, replaced countertops with light color granite, installed backsplash tile, replaced damaged drywall, insulation and wood, textured wall in Family room to match texture of surrounding walls, repaired damaged cabinets, replaced damaged baseboard
• Primary Bath: Replaced dark granite countertops with light color, recaulked bottom of shower where floor meets tile wall
• Bathroom 2 Upstairs: Recaulked tub at wall tile
• Bathroom 3: Removed countertop with ledge over toilet, installed granite top with undermount sink over vanity cabinet, installed sink faucet with new angle stops and hose, installed mirror
• Family Room: Removed built in wall unit, patched walls and repainted area
