Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All rooms: Patched, prepped & painted door casings and doors, replaced switches and outlets to Decora Style throughout, installed 4 smoke detectors and 1 co2 sensor in bedrooms, hallway and living room,
• Exterior: Pressure washed exterior of house, sidewalks, patio and driveway, demolished and removed large trellis patio cover, patched stucco and painted house walls, fascia, eaves, trim, doors, front planter pony walls, garage door, wood gate, and storage shed, repaired bottom of steel patio door, primed, painted, added taller door sweep, repaired exterior door jambs on doors at rear patio, repaired damaged fascia boards in several spots along front of house, repaired large cracks in between cement pads in front entry sidewalk, repaired raised trip hazard section of patio surface brick accent, removed, reduced height and reinstalled existing brick to be level and safe, repaired loose picket on the white wood picket fence, repaired wood side gate on right side of garage, replaced exterior wall lights with new matching sconces
• Living Room: Repainted mantel and fireplace brick, installed Nest thermostat
• Bedroom 2: Painted walls only
• Family Room: Closed up the doggy door and sheetrock, taped, matched texture, and painted
• Hall Bathroom: Installed window replacement, added blocking to opening to better position the window, replaced outlet with GFCI, replaced drywall around shower as needed, installed bathtub, installed prefab niche, installed fixed shower head, tub filler, temp valve and volume valve, installed tile floor, installed tile walls in tub, installed tile niche, installed new toilet, installed quartz prefab countertop, installed vanity cabinet and sink, installed sink faucet, installed vanity mirror, installed towel bar, towel ring, robe hook & toilet paper holder, installed baseboards
• Garage: Installed auto close hinge at fire rated door into garage, installed new prehung metal clad man door at side of garage, primed and painted outside of door, included in exterior house painting, installed existing lock set
• Hallway: Replaced old recessed square light with new LED square retrofit
• Primary Bed / Bath: Framed curbed shower, installed prefab niche, installed frameless sliding shower door, installed fixed shower head, temp valve and volume valve and drain, installed tile floor, installed tile floor in shower, installed tile walls in shower, installed tile niche, installed extraction fan, re-installed existing toilet, installed quartz prefab countertop, installed prefab vanity cabinet and sink, installed sink faucet, installed vanity mirror, installed towel bar, towel ring, robe hook & toilet paper holder, installed baseboards
