Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All rooms: Termite/dry rot repairs done, all wood floors sanded and refinished, vinyl planks installed, patched & painted walls, doors & trims, installed new baseboards, replaced all door knobs and hinges, and front door, replaced all light switches and outlet covers, added GFCI to bathrooms, kitchen, basement wet bar and any exterior outlets including the laundry area, replaced Sink, Bar, Primary Shower Head and all vanity faucets in all 4 bathrooms, installed 10 new angle valves, installed two new shower valves and faucets in Hall and Basement Showers
• Exterior: Painted fascias cables, trims, beams and garage and basement exterior doors, powerwashed and stained all decks, repaired exterior faucet
• Basement, Floor and Stairs: Carpet installed in basement
• Staircase: Stair nose molding, staircase stairs installation, handrail installed,
• Garage: Repaired the ceiling and the metal flashings, repaired the ceiling stains, applied bin blocker to seal the stain marks, replaced plywood inside cabinet, wrapped exposed ducting, added more support straps to the forced air ductwork, installed the water lines on top of the water heater and installed gas drip leg with the vale ball and flex line, installed correctly the exhaust vent of the water heater.
• Kitchen: Painted kitchen cabinets, re-installed Kitchen Faucet, installed new ABS drain under kitchen sink, replaced cabinet hardware, replaced gas range, replaced hood, replaced refrigerator, replaced dishwasher, replaced hardware, caulked and sealed the kitchen sink
• Primary Bathroom: Painted vanity cabinet, replaced toilet, replaced mirror, glazed shower tiles & shower base, glazed counter in the vanity, removed support bar in shower, replaced floor vent cover, replaced vanity knobs
• Half Bath: Painted vanity cabinet, replaced vanity light, replaced fan cover, replaced vanity light, replaced vanity mirror, replaced toilet
• Piano room: Replaced fireplace glass frame
• Entry: Replaced Chandelier
• Dining Room: Replaced Chandelier
• Exterior: Replaced front 3 wall lights
• Hallway Bath: Replaced vanity mirror, replaced toilet, glazed tub, replaced floor vent cover, caulked tub/shower
• Primary Bathroom: Replaced vanity light
• Hallway: Replaced ceiling mounted lights
• Downstairs: Replaced wall sconces
• Downstairs Bathroom: Replaced vanity light
