Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All rooms: Installed LVT and new baseboards, fully interior paint done, installed all knobs and hinges, replaced estimated 6 outlets / switches, installed smoke / carbon detectors,
• Exterior: Painted exterior, painted porch, stained new fence, installed new gutters and downspouts, built prefab fence, repaired frames around exterior doors
• Living Room: Painted built in cabinets, replaced flush mount ceiling light
• Kitchen: Painted kitchen cabinets, replaced flush mount ceiling light, installed hardware, installed undermount sink & faucet, installed countertop and 5" countertop backsplash, installed range, installed hood, installed refrigerator
• Bedroom 1: Provided door, frame, and installed hallway coat closet door, replaced flush mount ceiling light
• Closet 1: Replaced flush mount ceiling light
• Laundry: Replaced flush mount ceiling light, moved location of washer / dryer, installed exterior tankless water heater, installed existing open shelving above washer dryer
• Bathroom: Replaced wall sconce, installed prefab vanity cabinet, counter and sink, installed sink faucet, installed vanity mirror, installed towel bar, towel ring, robe hook & toilet paper holder, installed shower curb
• Bedroom 2: Replaced flush mount ceiling light
• Hallway: Replaced flush mount ceiling light
