Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All rooms: New carpet installed, patched & painted walls, ceilings, doors & trims,
• Exterior: Pressure washed exterior front wall, courtyard cement and rear pergola decking
• Kitchen: Removed door in between kitchen and front entry, replaced grounded outlets with GFCI's, replaced old light switches to White Decora Switches
• Primary Bathroom: Removed large grab bar from bathroom, replaced vanity light with new, replaced grounded outlets with GFCI's, replaced one outlet with new white outlet, replaced old light switches to White Decora Switches
• Living Room: Replaced flush mount ceiling light bulbs
• Dining Room: Replaced chandelier
• Hall Bathroom: Swapped out vanity light with existing one from Primary Bathroom, replaced grounded outlets with GFCI's, replaced old light switches to White Decora Switches
• Garage: Installed new locking door knob set for man door, installed new roll up garage door, installed new garage door lift opener
• Primary Bed / Bath: Framed curbed shower, installed prefab niche, installed frameless sliding shower door, installed fixed shower head, temp valve and volume valve and drain, installed tile floor, installed tile floor in shower, installed tile walls in shower, installed tile niche, installed extraction fan, re-installed existing toilet, installed quartz prefab countertop, installed prefab vanity cabinet and sink, installed sink faucet, installed vanity mirror, installed towel bar, towel ring, robe hook & toilet paper holder, installed baseboards
