Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All rooms: Removed & replaced baseboards, interior painted, painted kitchen, bar, hallway and laundry room cabinets, painted exterior trims and exterior front door black, Flooring demolished & disposed of tiles and carpet, installed LVP, replaced all electric switches, plugs and plates, installed new smoke and carbon monoxide detectors
• Exterior: Replaced rusted downspout at the front of the house, Termites remediation done, repaired and rebuilt the wide side fence and gate, repaired front yard sprinkler
• Kitchen: Installed recessed lights, fabricated and installed tops / backsplashes, installed new cooktop, installed new dishwasher, installed new refrigerator, installed new built in oven/microwave combo
• Bedrooms: Installed carpets in bedrooms
