Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All rooms: Hardwood floor refinished, patched & painted walls, ceiling, trim, baseboards, doors, interior closets, front bedroom built-in bookshelves, back bedroom window frames, replaced flush mount ceiling lights in rooms, painted Inside fireboxes with high heat paint
• Kitchen: Marmoleum Flooring installed, installed new baseboards, epoxy paint tile wall in kitchen/dining area, replaced 1 single light switch & 2 double light switches & new plate, replaced 6 outlets & Plates, replaced 1 outlet with GFI, installed 3 flush mount ceiling lights, repaired window sill over kitchen sink, framing, molding, installed Quartz countertop and backsplash, installed Tile Backsplash, installed Undermount sink & Faucet, replaced existing Cabinet and Drawer handles
• Primary bedroom: Capped wall light next to the window
• Garage: Painted interior door, painted garage floor to the edge of the garage door, repaired garage floor, patched broken concrete
• Bathroom: Installed Vanity Light & ran to hardwire to light switch & GFCI electrical receptacles, installed new bathroom fixtures, replaced bathroom sink faucet
• Dining Room: Capped old Tub & knob outlet
• Laundry: Installed stackable Washer/dryer in the area next to the fridge
