Project Director Dee Wise and Agent Garrett McKechnie worked closely to perfectly balance the need for updating this original Cliff May home with modern conveniences while maintaining its original mid-century vibes. Their collaboration resulted in a refreshed color palette that honored the home's aesthetic. Our team meticulously patched and painted walls, ceilings, trim, and doors in every room, ensuring a pristine finish. They refreshed beams and the original red brick fireplace hearth with paint, and patched closet walls. Enhancements to the garage included removing wire mesh and installing new tempered glass on the windows and painting the garage structure. Exterior upgrades feature patched, primed, and painted walls and trim, repaired fascia and eaves, yard improvements with a new valve system, header board edging, mulch, repaired picket fence, and a natural concrete entry walkway. Landscaping upgrades included ficus hedge shrubs and birds of paradise installation along the fence line with irrigation.
