Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All rooms: Luxury vinyl flooring installed, installed thick cork underlayment in kitchen; replaced thresholds, removed window coverings; patched & painted walls, ceiling & trim, replaced flush mount ceiling lights, replaced baseboards only where sheetrock had been removed, reinstalled baseboards throughout where flooring was installed
• Exterior: Patched and painted walls, trim, eaves, gutters & downspouts, painted front door, painted Garage front, painted concrete steps along front of house, painted front facing fence, installed insulation for exterior facing walls & attic/ceiling, replaced galvanized plumbing with new ABS pipes
• Kitchen: Replaced exterior lights, installed GFCI outlets at kitchen, installed cabinets and hardware, installed floating shelves, installed new countertop and backsplash, installed faucet and sink, angle stops, p trap, installed extractor fan, installed new stove, installed new dishwasher, installed new fridge, installed drywall along entire cabinet wall and wall returns
• Primary Bed / Bath: Replaced vanity lights, replaced all outlet & switch plates to match
• Kids Bathroom: Installed new tub surround, installed extraction fan, installed tub, installed toilet, installed new toilet seat, installed sink faucet, installed vanity mirror, installed towel bar, towel ring, robe hook & toilet paper holder, replaced vanity, sink, installed flooring and wainscoting tile
• Primary Bed / Bath: Installed extraction fan, installed new toilet seat, installed sink faucet, installed vanity mirror, installed towel bar, towel ring, robe hook & toilet paper holder
• Back Bedroom & Closet: Installed drywall in entire bedroom and closet ceiling and walls, installed drywall in three of the bedroom affected walls
• Hall Bathroom: Installed drywall
• Master Closet: Installed drywall
• Laundry Broom Closet: Framed out back wall and ceiling to close out with drywall
