Freemodel’s scope of work for this project included:

• All rooms: Primed, patched & painted walls & ceiling, painted all trim & wood railing, fireplace mantle, painted all Kitchen Cabinets & bar cabinets, including kitchen window ledge
• Bar: Installed wallpaper
• Floating Shelves: Installed 2 Floating Shelves
• Kitchen: Installed new kitchen faucet, installed new kitchen/bar drawer/door pulls, installed new soft close cabinet doors and drawers
• Flooring: Installed threshold between bathroom/hall and between bedroom/hall, caulked threshold by step down into the living room
